Oh, Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day. For all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins and those of the whole world.  I pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life, the sanctification of my family, the cessation of abortion at all stages of life, dignity for those with disabilities, or who are lonely and find themselves aged and have no one to love and care for them. Grant the light of your Holy Spirit to those struggling with a crisis in their life, especially in decisions regarding marriage, the protection of children, or the need to provide for their families. I especially plead for your mercy on those with addictions and attachments to sin and those that might be suffering in Purgatory especially (names or for entire families). Help us defeat all evil through the grace of the Sacraments, which I vow to receive as a commitment to lead a holier life.​
